Local woman wins 1.8 million play slot machines
Roberta Kenny is the wheel of fortunes latest million dollar winner, and
she could not be any happier. Miss Kenny, who is now 47 years old, feels
like the luckiest lady alive.
She said "its going to be a good Christmas this year" and plans to give a
good amount of the money to her parents and children. Playing at the local

Kenny, who plans to continue nursing at Brittany Manor, went to the
casino Friday to try to win back money after her fiancé lost cash earlier in

little more than 15 minutes, the bells began ringing when the three "Wheels"
lined up, making her the winner of $1,888.679. I can just imagine how
excited she must have been.
"I hit the big jackpot," she said she told her fiancé. "I was screaming
and jumping up and down.
"I was shocked. I thought, 'Oh my gosh, I hit it.'"
So far her plans are to receive the money paid our over a twenty sex year
period. This come to roughly $72,000 each year. Should you be lucky enough
to win such a jackpot take the money in one large payment up front, as you
will make more money off long term interest by investing it than you will by
collecting it over 26 years.
Miss Kenny's plans are to play a little less slots now that she is so far
ahead of the game, but thinks it will be nice to visit the casino from time
