ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - Workers dismantling old slot machines at a casino in Atlantic City stumbled upon a jackpot. They found over 17-thousand dollars in coins and casino tokens under or around the more-than-23-hundred machines. They even found a 100-dollar bill. The slot machines had been in place at the old Sands Casino Hotel for 26 years. It was expected that some spilled money would be found, but a casino spokesman says officials were shocked by the amount. The workers don't get to keep the money. It belongs to the casino owner, Pinnacle Entertainment. And New Jersey gets eight percent.
